WE-GO Vocational Service

Vocational Service encourages Rotarians to serve others through their knowledge, skills and abilities. Rotarians, as leaders, share expertise and inspire others by volunteering.

The Object of Rotary is a statement of Rotary’s purpose. Thus, the concept of vocational service encourages and fosters:
  • High ethical standards in all of our activities
  • The recognition of the worthiness of all occupations
  • Each Rotarian’s occupation brings as an opportunity to serve society.
As a Rotarian, how can you put these ideals into action?
  • We learn about fellow members and their capabilities.
  • We use our skills to serve our club and community.
  • With integrity, we inspire others through our own words and actions.
  • We help young people achieve his or her aspirations.
  • We guide and encourage others in their development.
  • We network with others to magnify and leverage our impact.
If vocational service motivates and energizes you, then you’re in the right place.
